About

I’m a UX Designer and recent graduate of the University of Michigan, focused on designing clear, thoughtful systems. I’m especially interested in how research, structure, and visual design shape how people use and understand complex products. I’m also drawn to emerging spaces like augmented reality and AI, especially where new interaction paradigms are still being defined.

My approach to design is grounded in clarity. I break down complex problems into understandable pieces, using research to inform decisions and visual design to communicate them effectively. I focus on work that combines systems thinking with attention to detail, where small design choices can meaningfully shape how a product is used.

I’ve applied this approach across a range of projects, leading a 90-member U-M software development project team participating in the NASA SUITS Challenge at CLAWS, conducting paid research into social media platforms at the U-M School of Information's Living Online Lab, and designing AI-powered B2B SaaS interfaces at SeemaS. These experiences have pushed me to collaborate with different stakeholders, translate complex requirements into usable systems, and think critically about both the product and the people using it.

Outside of product design, I spend a lot of time working with visual media. Through photography and graphic design, including leading marketing design for the Michigan Snowboard Club, I’ve developed a strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and aesthetic sensibility. These experiences shape how I approach UX, especially when thinking about how interfaces guide attention, communicate clearly, and create a cohesive experience.

I’m particularly interested in roles where design, research, and visual communication intersect, and where I can contribute to building thoughtful, well-structured products.
